Stay away from this airline. Everytime I attempt to fly with them, they have awkward restrictions that ruin my itinerary. One most recent example was when I attempted to fly to NY during the blizzard. They would not allow me to cancel or change my flight. Moreover, after I didn't show up on my outbound flight, they cancelled my return flight!!!! Fly with Jet Blue (www.jetblue.com). It may be a little bit more money, but its worth it!

Those low cost carriers have "creative" rules. As they did not cancel the flight - they would not let allow you to change.
As you purchased a roundtrip ticket and if you do not fly the outbound they cancel your return (all airlines do this). Spritair has no cheaper fare for roundtrips. Make 2 separate one way bookings it keeps them from cancelling your return i case you do not use your outbound flight.

They should have a diffrent line for me to go to avoid the complainer!!!
Arrive early and dont hear the babies that cry over losing a ticket because of poor planning and get to the airport late.These are the same people that complain in front of me when the sale on a bag of doritos have ended. PLEASE GET REAL..
