DOT ranks the big airlines

If you've already concluded that airline service in the United States just keeps getting worse, you won't find many surprises in the Department of Transportation's Air Travel Consumer Report for 2007. For the most part, airlines did a bit worse this year than last: Mishandled baggage, involuntary denied boardings (bumpings, in civilian language), and consumer complaints were all up this year.
